Senior VB Script Developer

Job description:

Are you an experienced developer who enjoys getting to grips with complex challenges and business processes? At SalesManager we are looking for a Senior Developer who will be responsible for further developing and maintaining our existing framework. You will work in a challenging environment where your expertise in VB-Script and SQL Server is highly valued.

Ideally, you have basic knowledge of trade and logistics processes and you enjoy working in a SCRUM team. We welcome applicants of all ages and explicitly encourage experienced professionals to apply. For us, your talent matters, not your age.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and maintaining our framework

  • Working on challenging technical projects where your analytical skills can really shine

  • Optimising and automating business processes using your knowledge of VB-Script and SQL

  • Working closely together with a tight-knit team of professionals in a SCRUM environment

What are we looking for?

Hard skills

  • Extensive experience with VB-Script

  • In-depth knowledge of T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server

  • Basic knowledge of trade and logistics business processes

Soft skills:

  • You can work independently and function well in a team

  • You have strong analytical skills and can quickly understand complex processes

  • Familiarity with the SCRUM methodology is an advantage
