L'Oreal implement SalesManager Software products in Greece.
 

Cosmetique Active Hellas is the division of L'Oreal Group in Greece which markets dermo-cosmetics skin care products. The Active Cosmetics division designs and markets dermo-cosmetic skin care products that are sold in pharmacies and specialist retailers. These products offer consumers proven safety and effectiveness supported by advice from pharmacists and dermatologists.

Cosmetique Active has chosen SalesManager Hellas as it's partner to implement an integrated CRM and Service Management tool. Customer Service at Cosmetique Active Hellas receive a big large number of calls everyday from Customers with enquiries on various data (e.g. Order Status, Delivery Day, Back Orders etc). Within SalesManager and in conjunction with the CTI integration Customer Service L'Oreal agents will now find all the necessary information through one desktop using ServiceManager.

The system will also be implemented to support Medical Visitors. They need to schedule visits to doctors, record the outcome and other relevant information. Running SalesManager on a Laptop, a Medical Visitor will have local access to all his or her customer data and be able to synchronize changes with the head office.
