E-mail integration

SalesManager CRM offers bi-directional integration with Microsoft Outlook, Groupwise and Lotus Notes E-mail systems. The data from your E-mail package is integrated into SalesManager so that you do not have to continually switch between the two applications. If you change the appointment in your E-mail program or on you Palm or Pocket PC, then the appointment will be automatically updated in SalesManager CRM.

Microsoft Outlook can send e-mails directly to the sender, but also linked to a topic in SalesManager CRM. Emails and attachments can be linked to such a quote, order, invoice or service message, etc.

It is also possible to synchronise an email from your email program to the database of SalesManager.

For this purpose a SalesManager Button is installed in your Email “program.
