Campaign execution
Campaigns can be built either from a single Selection Criteria or from one or more Customer Groups. Various rules can be set on defining the campaign. If, for example, you only want one person mailed per company. You can tell the package in what order of importance it should pick the person i.e. First, Managing Director, if there isn’t one in the database, then the Salesmanager and if he does not exist the Servicemanager. If no contact person exists for a company in the campaign, you can tell CampaignManager what text you want to have printed on your correspondance.
The campaign can then be mailed or e-mailed. Activities can be created for users to carry out the follow-up on the campaign. Account plans can also be used to initiate a series of activities for various staff members as a result of the mailing.
