Implementation methodology
SalesManager Software uses the RAD3 implementation methodology for completing project implementations at our customers.
This implementation methodology is made up of a number of phases;
- Project planning & initiation (set-up project organisation, project planning and initial project group)
- Gather information & Reguirements (Definition of Functional Specifications)
- Business Modeling & Mapping (Data Model extension, if necessary. Our primary objective here is to try and match the customer requirements to the enormous repository of applications (1.000+) we have built in the last 20 years. We do not reinvent the wheel like some just to justify sky-high consultancy fees. By utilising the modularly built functionality we already own and branch solutions already developed, combined with the SMS RAD FrameWork development environment, we offer “fixed-price/fixed-delivery” projects to our customers.)
- Construction (prototyping, parameterisation, interfacing, authorisation layer and reporting),
- Final Testing & Cutover (Beta testing, training, installation operational system)
- Acceptance
